What You'll Be Doing As a Data Collector, you'll help train next-generation robots by wearing motion-capture sensors and a VR headset while performing everyday movements such as walking, reaching, lifting, bending, and turning. The data you collect will be used to improve robotic and AI systems.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee. Responsibilities
• Wear motion-capture equipment and a VR headset while performing routine physical movements • Collect data that supports the development of robotics and AI technology • Follow detailed instructions and processes • Report equipment issues or process concerns • Provide feedback to improve data collection procedures • Work collaboratively with a technology-focused team Requirements
• Ability to remain active and on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift • Comfortable wearing VR equipment and sensors for extended periods • Basic computer skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow instructions and communicate professionally • Reliable attendance and punctuality Available Shifts Swing Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMOvernight Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Schedule Schedules typically include both weekend days. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
