Job Title: Repack AssociateLocation: North Portland, ORPaying $19/hr.Shift - 6-2:30pm Monday - Friday Job DescriptionExciting position in the Beer and Wine distribution industry,working with industry-leading products and an inside look at topsellers/promotional items! As a Repack Associate, you will play a crucial role insalvaging and repackaging damaged or mislabeled products for resale. Thisposition offers the opportunity to work with a small team to ensure productsare restored to a shippable condition for clients. This is an ideal job forsomeone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a safe andefficient work environment. Responsibilities
• Repackage damaged products to restore them to a shippable condition. • Return recouped products back to stock in the warehouse. • Updating inventory levels and working closely with inventory clerks to maintain accurate records Essential Skills
• Experience in packing, inventory management, and general labor. • Proficiency in using packaging equipment and RF scanners and handheld laser printers to update packaging info and date codes. • Ability to handle materials efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with returns and damage or defect reconciliation. • Ability to work with liquids and foods throughout the shift. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
