Titre du poste: Travailleur de Production GénéraleOuvert jour, soir et nuitSalaire: $28/hDescription du posteLe candidat sera responsable de travailler sur deux lignes de production différentes. La première ligne est celle de l'assemblage, où l'employé devra assembler des boulons et les installer sur un bras de contrôle. La deuxième ligne implique le chargement d'une fournaise avec des cylindres métalliques et la gestion des chariots de pièces rejetées. Les deux tâches sont extrêmement répétitives.Responsabilités
• Assembler les différents éléments de production (matière première, produit en cours et fini). • Participer au retrait et à l'insertion de l'outillage selon le produit client et les exigences des clients. • Participer à la maintenance de base des unités de production. • Conduire le chariot élévateur (formation sur site). • Respecter les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur. • Suivre les procédures et instructions de travail en lien avec le système qualité. • Remplir toute la documentation inhérente à son poste de travail. • Adhérer aux principes du Lean Manufacturing (5S). • Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux projets lors de séances de travail en équipes multidisciplinaires. • Assurer un niveau de production maximum. • Peut être affecté à toute tâche pour laquelle il est qualifié. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
