The General Insurance Graduate Programme:
The General Insurance Graduate Programme is a three-year programme designed to build commercial awareness, business expertise and leadership capability through a structured learning journey.
You will gain hands-on experience across a range of business functions, helping to shape the future of insurance through customer-focused solutions, business transformation and innovation. Throughout the programme, you will complete four rotations tailored to your strengths, interests and development goals, typically across teams including Transformation, Operations, Underwriting, Marketing, Claims, Product and other key business areas.
As part of the programme, you'll complete a six-month international assignment within the Allianz Group, giving you exposure to global best practice, different cultures and international career opportunities.
In parallel, you will receive support to achieve your APA (Accredited Product Adviser) professional insurance qualification, benefit from structured learning and development opportunities, and build a strong professional network across Allianz Ireland and the wider Allianz Group.

Minimum requirements:
• Achieved or expected 2:1 degree in the following areas: Insurance, Business, Law, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Full authorisation to work in Ireland or a valid work permit for minimum of 36-month period covering the duration of the programme.
• Demonstrated work experience through internships, placements, part-time employment, volunteering, academic projects or extracurricular activities.
