What you’ll be doing
Welcome & Arrival Experience
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests
• Manage guest registration and visitor records
• Oversee meeting room bookings
• Provide support for onsite events
Share & Communicate
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiries
• Answer incoming calls and provide directions or assistance
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and visitors
Collaborate & Support
• Coordinate inventory and supplies
• Assist with invoicing and ad hoc administrative tasks
• Support catering and event requirements
• Ensure meeting rooms are reset, refreshed, and ready for use
