• Create high-quality marketing and business development materials, including presentations, print collateral, digital assets, and motion graphics, using approved Cushman & Wakefield templates and design tools. • Ensure all design outputs align with Cushman & Wakefield brand standards by following established guidelines, templates, and global best practices. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across regions to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines. • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. • Support the team's workflow and contribute ideas that enhance design quality, efficiency, and overall client experience.
About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field. • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate, agency, shared services, or in-house creative environment. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in Premiere Pro and After Effects; strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, branding, and digital content creation. • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global environment.
