Job Title: Manager 1, Facility Management Job Description The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, security, and overall functionality of company facilities. This role ensures that all buildings and work environments are safe, efficient, clean, compliant, and conducive to business operations. The Facilities Manager leads service delivery, manages vendor and contractor relationships, oversees budgets, implements operational standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and security programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, building regulations, and emergency preparedness requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders. Monitor facility performance and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency. Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance initiatives. Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Supervise facility staff and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence. Address facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. Support business continuity, sustainability, and workplace experience initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, and project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
