What you’ll be doing

Cleaning of communal spaces Manage and monitor waste throughout development, complete statutory bin runs, making sure all bins are available for emptyingEffectively liaise with the Local Authority of Waste Management Collections as and when requiredHealth & Safety compliance - to include regular system testing where requiredConduct daily site inspections and report maintenance requirements and any other issues to the Property ManagerEnsure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, cycle stores are maintained and well keptFob & key managementReplacement of lightbulbs where necessaryProvide friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service to residentsEnsure all enquires and repairing issues are dealt with in line with agreed service levelsEnsure building is a safe environment in which to live and work and that it is managed in accordance with proceduresComplete meter readings as and when required What You Need to Succeed
Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriateExperience of working in a similar role is essential (lone working experience is advantageous) Why join us?
