About this role
We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher at the elementary level to provide English language instruction and support to students in elementary school. The ideal candidate is flexible, culturally responsive, and able to tailor instruction to meet the varying language proficiency levels and developmental needs of students across age groups. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons aligned with school curriculum and language proficiency standards (e.g., WIDA, CEFR). Assess students’ English proficiency and language development through formal and informal tools. Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate language support within content areas. Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Create a safe, inclusive, and language-rich learning environment. Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives. Support language acquisition and academic achievement for English learners at all grade levels.
