• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior experience working with a diverse population of students.
• Ability to obtain and maintain first aid/CPR training/certification.
• Ability to meet physical standards (a physical exam may be required).
• Able to assist, console, and manage students who may be emotional, distraught, or frustrated.
• Ability to conduct conflict resolution between students.
• Ability to maintain effective and positive working relationships with students, community and colleagues.
• Possess valid Oregon driver's license
• Demonstrated commitment to consistent daily attendance
• Offer of employment contingent on passage of a fingerprint-based criminal history verification and district required drug test.

Salary and placement will be in accordance with the current Classified Agreement's salary schedule at Grade I $19.25 - $25.86 - salary dependent on experience. Benefits are available for this position. (FY26.27 salary schedule is currently under negotiation and salary will be updated once ratified.)
