Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the DDG 51 Program Office (PMS 400D), in the Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Combatants (DPAE Combatants) component of Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime of DPAE COMBATANTS.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing acquisition plans and milestones for the procurement of components; directing the implementation and execution of program plans; develop and coordinate all acquisition-related reports and cost estimates; develop program actions and responses required by outside or higher-level parties; executes all efforts associated with the planning, solicitation, source selection, and contract award of the multi-year procurements for a shipbuilding acquisition program. Major DutiesYou will provide direct management in the execution of program and acquisition management requirements.You will develop and coordinate all acquisition-related reports, cost estimates, and analyses sent to ASN(RDA) and OSD during all phases of ship acquisition. Reports include DAES and SAR reporting as well as management of multiple Navy databases.You will coordinate with Congress, DoD and Navy Acquisition Executives, OPNAV Program Sponsor, and PEO Ships senior leadership.You will review, prepare, and present responses to all shipbuilding program audits conducted by the Navy and other agencies including FMB, DCMA, OSD, GAO, OMB, etc., and administrative and investigative reports which involve program issues.You will develop decision briefs and point papers in support of senior level decisions related to the execution of the DDG 51 shipbuilding program.You will review and coordinate modifications to requirements including specifications, statements of work, and other contract and acquisition documentation for follow-on procurements of ships and services.You will execute and manage all efforts associated with the planning, solicitation, source selection, and contract award of the Multi-Year Procurements of Flight III DDG 51 class ships.
