Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN in the Corporate Operations Department (10), Infrastructure Division (102), Infrastructure Support Branch (1022) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading infrastructure operations and maintenance programs including inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of critical life safety and operational readiness facility systems. Major DutiesYou will serve as a senior expert within the Infrastructure Support Branch and supervise the Operations and Inspection, Repair, Testing, Maintenance Programs.You will be responsible for the programmatic direction and oversight, directing the day-to-day workflow through subordinate supervisors and leads.You will provide technical direction and workflow management to ensure operational milestones are met and oversee the teams in resolving complex, systematic infrastructure issues where historical data or precedent may be nonexistent.You will assign, direct, track, and review the programmatic work of both internal teams and external agencies involved in the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and project execution of infrastructure operations.You will tackle unprecedented work and resolve major technical challenges related to facility maintenance, infrastructure resiliency, and system failures.You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive, activity-wide infrastructure operations, inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance management plans.You will provide authoritative technical guidance to Infrastructure Division leadership on critical maintenance operations, asset health, and execution programs.
