QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience at or equivalent to the NO-01 pay band or GS-01/04 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Plan and organize work; and 3) Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Major DutiesYou will review, analyze, and evaluate data for preparation of reports concerning the audits of division purchase cards.You will develop and deliver on-the-job training or technical guidance regarding procurement card usage and reporting requirements, verifying training completion for program participants, and drafting official authorization documents.You will perform quarterly, or as required, detailed analyses and audits of the purchase card transactions, and all simplified acquisition methods using the purchase card as a method of payment.You will coordinate and control efforts of all involved parties to ensure that a satisfactory reply to inquiries is made in a timely manner.You will develop data summaries, reports, and data sheets for special assignments.
