This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13). Major DutiesManage the ATEC Security Guard Force to provide security and protective measures.Evaluate program to correct problems, schedule slippages, or increased costs.Provide strategic direction for the resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.Identify and resolve highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries and promulgates solutions.Execute short and long-range goals and objectives for various security programs.Oversee multiple security programs.Responsible for the oversight and direction of the Command's Intelligence Program.Represent meetings on issues relating to intelligence analysis and production.
