QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Approves and guides disclosures for complex information sharing activities to include multilateral and bilateral networks, coalitions, intelligence exchanges, and transnational issues. 2. Exercises sound judgment and provides guidance regarding disclosure of politically sensitive or otherwise inappropriate information. 3. Guides and informs personnel on foreign disclosure policies and practices. 4. Identifies nuances in policy and accounts for them in decision making. 5. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner.
