QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Develops, justifies, and manages organization-wide budgets for annual projects and programs 2. Accepts responsibility for outcomes for team, group, and self 3. Ensures programs remain responsive when mission climate and requirements change by monitoring performance and feedback and developing creative solutions with no daily supervision 4. Designs and develops programs to address critical community requirements 5. Develops and enhances collaborative partnerships with Agency leadership to drive efforts to identify or create strategies to address needs, challenges, or to advance corporate goals
