QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert knowledge of systems engineering principles and extensive experience leading complex defense acquisition programs across multiple technical domains. Communication with stakeholders, supervising technical teams, and delivering mission-critical engineering solutions. Major DutiesYou will provide technical leadership and engineering oversight for PMO programs, ensuring systems meet technical requirements across the lifecycle.You will lead systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, design verification, and test and integration planning for complex programs.You will coordinate multidisciplinary technical experts, resolve complex engineering issues, and elevate critical risks to senior leadership.You will supervise and develop technical staff by assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, mentoring, and training.You will manage project schedules, staffing, and resource priorities while preparing reports, recommendations, and organizational improvements.You will ensure compliance with personnel, EEO, and management policies.
