A qualified candidate must possess the following: -Direct related work experience in security operations. -Must possess the ability to assess problems and find prompt solutions. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": -Experience in hotel operations. -Experience in writing and reviewing emails, incident reports and shift logs The Hale Koa Hotel will be having an in-person Job Fair on Tuesday, 1 September 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants will submit their applications and resumes which will be immediately reviewed and, if qualified, given to management for an on-the-spot interview. Selected applicants will start the pre-employment process, to include fingerprinting, following the interview. Major DutiesServes as Duty Manager responsible for the security of 800+ room, full service military hotel and Armed Forces Recreation Center (AFRC). Security is provided on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis. Is responsible for the employee entrance video management system and for internal hotel security. Maintains constant radio contact with management and hotel operator, to ensure immediate contact for resolution of security issues. Assist the Military Police and DoD Police in maintaining security throughout the AFRC property. Provides a full range of security services to guests, patrons and employees. Reviews daily activity and incident report and initiates proper action in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
