Job SummaryYou will serve as a Level II Program Manager within a Program Office under the Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps Aviation (DPAE(A-MCA)).

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and integrating complex acquisition programs or major program efforts; 2) Directing day-to-day program operations; 3) Planning, managing, and balancing cost, schedule, performance, and risk to achieve program objectives; 4) Establishing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting program performance metrics to support decision-making; 5) Analyzing, synthesizing, and integrating requirements across multiple functional disciplines, such as engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, configuration management, test and evaluation, and sustainment; 6) Applying Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policies, regulations, and processes to support program execution throughout the acquisition life cycle; 7) Preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and acquisition documentation to support senior leadership decision-making; 8) Collaborating with senior leaders, internal and external stakeholders and functional organizations to resolve complex programmatic issues and achieve acquisition objectives. Major DutiesYou will lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to plan, execute, and deliver assigned acquisition programs within established cost, schedule, performance, and risk parameters.You will develop and implement acquisition strategies, integrated program plans, and long-term roadmaps supporting system development, production, and sustainment.You will identify, justify, and manage program resources, including funding, personnel, facilities, and contracts, while monitoring program risks and implementing mitigation strategies.You will integrate requirements and coordinate across functional areas and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives and operational requirements are achieved.You will represent the program office to senior leadership and DoD organizations, providing program briefings, status updates, and recommendations on program execution and key issues.
