PURPOSE As a Technical Writer in the Design and Engineering team, you contribute to the development and delivery of innovative self-service products used by passengers at airports around the world. You work on real-world engineering challenges, creating clear technical documentation and training materials across multiple phases of the product lifecycle. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you work within the Passengers at Airports division, collaborating closely with engineering, product, manufacturing, service, and regulatory teams to help deliver high-quality, reliable, safe, and maintainable products to the global aviation industry.
