This role ensures that TUI Airline maintains an outstanding portfolio of compliant processes and procedures, aligned with EASA, IATA, IOSA, and other regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters within Ground Operations, driving consistency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the team. You will manage and support the implementation of the new EASA & UK CAA Ground Handling Regulation, to ensure compliance with this new regulation both as an airline and ground handler. We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model basis in line with local office attendance and/or business requirements (whichever is higher). Regular monthly travel should be expected between our Airline AOC office location and/or major airport bases.
