At Broshuis, we build trailers every day that are used worldwide for exceptional and heavy transport. We do this with skilled professionals who know their craft, supported by colleagues who ensure all that expertise comes together seamlessly. Our Final Assembly department, the final stage of our production process, employs approximately 100 technicians. They are responsible for both sub-assembly and the complete final assembly of our trailers. Strong collaboration, planning, and coordination are essential. As Production Manager Final Assembly, you ensure that this process runs smoothly and take responsibility for the entire production hall. You are at the heart of the organization, visible on the shop floor, and fully aware of what is happening. You work closely with the Final Assembly Team Leaders, coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Planning, and report directly to the Operations Manager. You identify opportunities for improvement, intervene when necessary, and ensure that both people and processes continue to move forward. What will you do? As Production Manager Final Assembly, you are responsible for ensuring that all parts of the final assembly production process are aligned and work together effectively.
