THIS IS THE JOB - You will be in charge of the administrative management of our maintenance operations (electricity, heating, air conditioning, building) for BeNeLux; - You are the main contact for our stores in case of malfunctions and you are in charge of planning the interventions with our maintenance technicians and our providers; - You manage the internal customer relations (stores and technicians); - You analyse and prioritize the internal customer requests; - You manage the supplier relations (partner companies); - You make telephone and e-mail reminders for services; - You plan and coordinate interventions; - You record intervention requests with our CAFM software; - You follow-up the maintenance interventions and assurance of their efficiency; - You send and follow-up the invoices; - ...
