Who you are As a customer service representative, you are a pillar of stability for your team and our partners. No fixed processes? You have exceptional communication skills, possess a great deal of empathy, and love spending hours improving the system. - You speak and write English - You speak and write German - You are available 40 hours a week - You can travel to the location in Amsterdam - You have over two years of experience in Customer Service What will you do As a Customer Service Specialist, you coach agents, monitor quality, and step in yourself whenever necessary. You might spend up to six hours a day on the phone with restaurant partners, providing support and strengthening relationships. You constantly communicate with top international managers in English and adjust course
