IT Coordinator -Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency AmsterdamAs IT Coordinator for our two Amsterdam properties, you will be the on-site first point of contact for Level 1 IT support. You will act as the Shared Services Centre's on-site eyes and hands and report to the Area Director of Finance.· Provide Level 1 technical support to colleagues, including user guidance, training, troubleshooting and procedure documentation.· Help guests connect their devices to the hotel guest Wi-Fi network.· Support the Shared Services Centre with infrastructure changes, software updates, upgrades and rollouts.· Escalate and coordinate issues with the Shared Services Centre, the Hyatt Service Desk in Chicago and third-party service providers.· Maintain safe, tidy and serviceable IT work areas and equipment
