You'll have a lot of influence on technical choices, balancing high standards with practical business value. Requirements - Around 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python and Django. - A curious, polyglot mindset-you enjoy picking up new languages or stacks when performance or project needs demand it. - Solid foundation in backend engineering, cloud setups (AWS, Postgres), and modern CI/CD. - Pragmatic mindset: you care about code quality, system structure, and building software that holds up under load.
