You will coach senior leaders, drive organizational health, and lead complex case management under Dutch employment law. what we offer €35-€45 gross per hour based on experience 40 hours per week temporary assignment until February 2nd, 2027 Nike EHQ (Hilversum) who you are You will bring: - Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Dutch absenteeism management and long-term sickness legislation. - Education: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant HR experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience). HR certification preferred. - Key skills: Deep expertise in the Dutch Gatekeeper Act, stakeholder and vendor management, people leadership, and handling Works Council (Ondernemingsraad) or union dynamics. what will you do Your key responsibilities will be: - Strategic HR partnership: Assess organizational health, implement local action plans, coach senior leadership, and support succession planning and resource forecasting. - Absenteeism & case management: Manage complex long-term sickness cases in full compliance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
