We are looking for a Program Manager - Global Workforce Solutions to lead the implementation and optimisation of workforce solutions across our international organisation. You will work across regions to improve operating models, standardise processes, implement new workforce solutions and drive measurable improvements in service delivery, performance and scalability. Your impact In this role, you will lead complex, cross-regional programs focused on workforce solutions, operational excellence and organisational change. You will translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans while aligning stakeholders across commercial, operational and support functions and ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes, KPIs and timelines. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of new workforce solutions, processes and operating models. Success will not only be measured by delivery, but by the extent to which changes are effectively implemented, adopted and embedded within the business. Working closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders, you will provide structure, governance and visibility across multiple initiatives.
