Our recruitment proces Our recruitment process typically consists of the following steps: - Job shadowing session Spend time observing two or three consultations with one of our occupational health physicians at our Amsterdam or Eindhoven office. This is a great opportunity to experience our way of working, meet your future colleagues and get a feel for our culture. - First interview Following the job-shadowing session, you meet two members of the De Nieuwe Arts team for an introductory conversation, where we get to know each other better. - Second interview If we are both enthusiastic after the first meeting, we will invite you for a second interview to discuss the role in more depth. - Reference check If the second interview is successful, we will ask you to provide two professional references.
