Key responsibilities - Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for portfolio and asset management offerings. - Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, business case, launch, and continuous optimization. - Translate client, advisor, and market needs into clear product requirements and prioritization. - Partner with Investment Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions. - Oversee portfolio construction features, mandates, rebalancing logic, reporting, and performance analytics. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and suitability requirements, including documentation and governance. - Monitor product performance, flows, and client outcomes; drive improvements using data and feedback. - Support go-to-market activities: positioning, pricing, training, and stakeholder communications.
