Start working as a Bakery Operator in Hedel and play an important role in the production process. You will work 38 hours per week in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. With shift allowances, you can earn up to € 35,36 per hour during night shifts. About the job As a Bakery Operator, you make sure the packing process runs smoothly. You set up machines, monitor the production line, and check the quality of the products before they are sent to customers. If there is a small machine problem, you solve it yourself or together with your colleagues. You will work in a 3-shift system: - 06:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 22:00 - 22:00 - 06:00 The schedule is made every week, so your shifts may change weekly. Thanks to extra allowances for evening, night, and weekend work, your hourly wage can increase to €35.36 per hour.
