As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will champion talent development, performance coaching, and fair coworker relations to foster a thriving, high-performing culture on the shop floor. WHAT WE OFFER • The Start Date of employment will be October 2026. • Starting salary of £36,000 per annum, based on competence and experience. • 39 Hours working 5 days per week including alternate weekends per month. • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.
