As a (Senior) Account Manager at ACE, you will play a key role in developing long-term client relationships and driving commercial growth. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of ACE. Together with the commercial team and marketing department, you will develop and execute a clear commercial strategy. You will translate this strategy into concrete objectives, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for further growth and improvement. To support ACE's growth ambitions, you will also be involved in recruiting new engineers. Thanks to your understanding of the market and technical profiles, you know what expertise is needed to support our clients effectively. In this role, you will work closely with our HR and Resource Management teams.
