Your role ensures smooth implementation of changes and contributes to achieving defined change objectives. You will work in a team of change coordinators and managers and act as the primary point of contact for assessing and delivering information based on business needs. Full ownership of one or more processes is expected, combined with strong analytical expertise. Role and Responsibilities The Digital Transformation Engine (DTE) was established to help all ASML employees work more efficiently. As a Change Expert, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and IT/security solutions. Your mission is to ensure employees successfully adopt and integrate new digital tools and ways of working into their daily routines. Knowledge of DW team processes and interfaces will be an advantage, as collaboration across teams is key to success.
