To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for an experienced and skilled 1 Team Lead Application Management PLM&E (f/m/d) Your Responsibilities * Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture * Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements * Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO) * Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions * Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control Your Qualifications * Completed education (HTL/university degree) in computer science, mechanical engineering, or business administration * Proven experience in team leadership or managing large-scale technical projects * Several years of hands-on experience with PLM systems (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP logistics modules * Basic knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo Parametric) * Excellent communication skills in English and German What We Offer * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home on a regular basis * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60 962,30 based on full-time employment.
