Job Overview Join ENPULSION as a<strong> Customer Success Engineer (f/m/x) </strong>and support our customers throughout their spacecraft missions - from pre-sales, to integration and testing, to on-orbit operations. You’ll act as the key technical partner, ensuring smooth product performance, clear communication, and successful mission outcomes in the fast-growing space industry. <br><br><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for project- and program management of key customers.</li><li>Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.</li><li>Provide technical support to the Sales team.</li><li>Support customers with integration and operation of ENPULSION products.</li><li>Provide technical support in the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT).</li><li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ground support equipment.</li><li>Manage and facilitate customer tests and workshops.</li><li>Initiate, actively support and report on non-conformance processes and anomaly reviews in accordance with established processes.</li><li>Analyze and review on-orbit telemetry, focusing on operator command sequences and thruster anomalies.</li><li>Automate telemetry analysis with Python scripts.</li><li>Recommend strategies and operational parameters based on telemetry and product performance.</li><li>Provide on-orbit operations support to ensure products perform optimally in space.</li><li>Deliver clear, concise, and well-written technical documentation.</li></ul><strong><br>Type of contract:</strong> Full time position with 38.5 hours/week <br><br><strong>Salary</strong>: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2918,14 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications. Your profile <ul><li>Technical or scientific education (FH/University/UAS/HTL), ideally a Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in aerospace or a related industry</li><li>Understanding of electric propulsion systems used for satellite mobility is beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of satellite systems, launch services, or space data platforms is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Python programming language.</li><li>Solid understanding of electronics design and operation.</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes desirable.</li><li>Experience with documentation tools, simulation software, or mission planning tools, as well as collaborative platforms (JIRA).</li><li>Familiarity with space industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ECSS, ITAR).</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong ability to explain complex technical issues to customers clearly and concisely.</li><li>Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and disciplined approach to independent work.</li><li>Passionate about contributing to a fast-growing business and high-performing team.</li></ul> Why us?
