We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Security Manager to support our Security team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets. You will help oversee daily security operations, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with safety standards in alignment with Sofitel brand values.
Job Description
Assist the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations and team deploymentEnsure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property at all timesRespond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns with professionalism and efficiencyConduct regular patrols and inspections of hotel premises, including public areas, back-of-house, and perimeterMonitor CCTV systems and security equipment to ensure proper functioningSupport the implementation of safety, fire, and emergency proceduresAssist in conducting investigations of incidents, accidents, and security breachesCoordinate with local authorities when necessaryMaintain accurate reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and security logsProvide training and guidance to security staff to maintain high standards of performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standardsPromote a secure, welcoming, and professional environment for guests and staff Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related fieldProven experience in hotel security, law enforcement, or similar roleStrong knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and emergency responseFamiliarity with CCTV systems and security technologyExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle stressful situations and make quick, effective decisionsStrong report writing and documentation skillsWillingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHigh level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalismCertification in security or safety training is an advantage
