Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career in IT support? We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic international environment in the heart of Brussels. As part of the IT team, you will be the first point of contact for end users and help ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line IT support to employees. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues. Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system. Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities. Escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to resolution. Delivering excellent customer service to users at all levels of the business. Profile A degree in IT or a first experience/internship in IT support. Basic knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent French and a good level of English. Dutch is a plus. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service mindset. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Great level of English (fluent speaker)
