Your responsibilities Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Handle check-ins and check-outs. Provide information about the hotel, services and local area. Manage reservations, cancellations and guest requests. Handle payments and ensure accurate cash management. Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone and by email. Deal with guest feedback and complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions. Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area. Follow hotel procedures and contribute to high standards of service and guest satisfaction. You are friendly, professional and genuinely enjoy working with people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are organized, reliable and able to work independently. You remain calm and solution-oriented in busy situations. Good command of English ; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage. Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems. Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude and a strong sense of customer service.
