Jobomschrijving The Account Manager - Optical Sector will have the following responsibilities : Drive commercial growth across Flanders by expanding the presence of ophthalmic solutions within targeted healthcare accounts. Identify, engage and develop new business opportunities with ophthalmologists, clinics and hospital-based eye care professionals. Strengthen partnerships with existing customers while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Lead the development of strategic growth areas such as myopia management, leveraging clinical evidence and market insights. Promote innovative vision care solutions, including products addressing presbyopia and eye protection needs. Design and implement territory plans that translate market opportunities into sustainable business results. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise on products, market trends, pricing and practice development opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional activities, including product implementation, customer training and ongoing support, to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Optometrist Proven success in sales (MedTech / Eyecare is a must) Hunter profile Network in ophthalmology Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
