Landscape Project Manager (Commercial) Responsibilities • Manage multiple high-value commercial landscaping projects • Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and union labor teams • Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. • Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors • Ensure project alignment with specifications • Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards • Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business • Maintain the organization’s reputation for excellence Landscape Project Manager (Commercial) Qualifications • Commercial construction/landscape project management experience required • Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously required • Knowledge of hardscape construction required • Proficiency with MS Office required
