Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing (PEO exp. req.) Location: Balch Springs, TX Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Holidays, Profit Sharing, PTO Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Description Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to add to their team in Balch Springs, TX. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR coordination, keeping onboarding, employee records, benefits, compliance, recruiting, and other HR processes organized as the company grows. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the office and 20% on the floor interacting with production teams. To be considered, you must have at least two years of human resource experience in manufacturing, experience working with a PEO or outsourced HR/payroll provider, and professional working proficiency in Spanish. To be successful, you must be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable identifying what needs to be done without waiting for direction. Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Responsibilities • Coordinate onboarding, employee records, benefits, and HR documentation • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions • Partner with the PEO on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR service needs • Support recruiting through job postings, interviews, and candidate communication • Track HR compliance records, training, acknowledgments, and certifications • Support employee relations documentation with discretion and accuracy • Update employee handbook materials and HR policies as needed • Coordinate company meetings, recognition, and employee events • Track headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and other basic HR metrics • Support employees in the office and on the production floor Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Qualifications • 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment required • Experience working with a PEO or outsourced HR/payroll provider required • Professional working proficiency in Spanish required
