Leah Alexandra is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Jewelry Production Assistant to join our Head Office team!
Working closely with our Production Lead and Creative Director, you?ll play an important role in bringing our jewelry to life - from creating and assembling pieces to repairs, alterations, quality control, and preparing orders for our studio, wholesale partners, and online customers.
We?re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, precise, and passionate about jewelry-making, with a strong interest in fine wire work and craftsmanship.
*What You?ll Do*
* Create, assemble, repair, and alter jewelry according to Leah Alexandra quality standards * Wire-wrap gemstones and beads using fine wire and pliers * Assemble jump rings, findings, and other jewelry components * Pair gemstones and perform detailed quality control * File, bead, and complete delicate finishing work * Organize production supplies and maintain an efficient workspace * Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready * Communicate clearly with the Production Lead and team about priorities, progress, and training needs * Work efficiently to meet daily production and order deadlines * Ensure every piece meets our standards for quality, colour, craftsmanship, and consistency
*What We?re Looking For*
* 1+ year of jewelry production or assembly experience * Basic jewelry-making experience working with fine wire is a must * Experience with wire wrapping, bench work, and pliers is strongly preferred * Excellent attention to detail, colour, quality, and finishing * Strong eyesight and excellent hand dexterity * Comfortable working with small, delicate components * Highly organized with strong time-management skills * Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure * Clear, reliable communication skills * Positive, collaborative attitude * Jewelry production or wire-wrapping experience is a strong asset

Pay: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
