York Stars RGC is looking for an enthusiastic, independent and organized secretary that will be friendly greeting parents & athletes entering the gym and attentive to emails and phone calls. Gymnastics experience is not required.

- Have a friendly and exciting demeanour for children and have the needs of the children in the forefront of all that you do
- Be a team-player, willing to work alongside another secretary and coaching staff
- Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport with parents, children, staff and volunteers
- Comfortable answering emails and phone calls
- Organized when keeping track of attendance, makeup classes, etc.
- Comfortable learning about our programs and eventually have the ability to answer any questions about our programs and classes
- Keeping front area neat and tidy
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience working as a secretary/receptionist or similar fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
*Schedule:*
It will be discussed and arranged pending our other secretary schedules however, weekdays 3:45-9:00 and weekends 8:45-2:00
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $15.00-18.00 per hour (pending qualifications)
