York Stars RGC is looking for a Gymnastics Coach for various programs, ages & abilities. Depending on your experience, education, etc. we will be able to further discuss types of programs, ages of gymnasts, schedule, etc.
*We are open to training dance, ballet or artistic gymnastics instructors for this role. *
Responsibilities: - Plan and lead gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels - Teach proper techniques and skills for gymnastics routines - Provide guidance and support to gymnasts during training sessions - Create a safe and positive learning environment for all participants - Develop lesson plans and progressions to help gymnasts improve their skills - Monitor and assess the progress of each gymnast - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or in a related role - Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety guidelines - Ability to effectively communicate and work with children of different ages - Strong organizational and time management skills - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) - Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
