Marketing Specialist, Membership & Rewards Do you love turning business goals into marketing plans that deliver results? CAA Saskatchewan is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, youll lead marketing initiatives focused on membership acquisition, retention, and member rewards. Youll develop campaigns that strengthen the CAA brand, attract new members, and demonstrate the value of membership. You must live in Saskatchewan to be considered. Flexible and remote-work arrangements may be available. Key ResponsibilitiesLead marketing initiatives supporting membership acquisition, retention, and rewards.Develop campaign strategies, briefs, budgets, KPIs, and channel plans.Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver results-driven campaigns.Manage campaigns from brief through launch, including timelines, budgets, creative, and approvals.Execute and optimize social, digital, email, paid, owned, and earned campaigns.Use Asana and HubSpot to manage projects and track performance.Report on campaign results and recommend improvements. Experience & Requirements5+ years of marketing experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns.Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Strong strategic, analytical, and project-management skills.Experience with digital advertising, social media, email, and marketing technology. HubSpot and Asana are assets.Excellent communication, collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
