Member Services Representative - Swift Current, SK CAA Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our Swift Current branch. This front-line role delivers exceptional service while supporting CAA products and motor licensing services. Key Responsibilities Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA membershipsAssess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and servicesProcess SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing)Issue licence plates and related documentation accuratelyProvide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurancePerform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing What You Bring Grade 12 or equivalentAbility to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance LicensingCustomer service or administrative experience (asset)Strong attention to detail and communication skills Hours of Work Five days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, based on business needs Comprehensive benefits package included Full details on caask.ca/careers How to ApplyApply directly through the CAA Website.
