*Stratford Farm Equipment*
We are a full service Case IH and Bobcat retail dealer with 5 locations in southwestern Ontario. Since 1958 we have provided sales and service to southwestern Ontario Producers with quality farm machinery.
Stratford Farm Equipment requires a AZ heavy equipment truck driver full time. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some emergency trucking hours may occur on weekends or after business hours. Heavy equipment trucking and wide load experience required.
*Your duties and responsibilities will include:*
* Must record an accurate log book * Able to load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner * Must be familiar with Hours of Service Legislation * Must be able to climb trucks in order to load and unload products (using appropriate safety equipment) * Must be prepared to meet customers and conduct themselves in a friendly, appropriate and courteous, manner * Must abide by and observe all safety procedures and company policies * Assist in identifying service requirements of vehicles in the fleet * Report to the service manager
*The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:*
* High School diploma is required * The successful candidate must be in possession of an Ontario Class A-Z license in good standing with a clean driving abstract * Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (with AZ license) * Industrious and able to work with minimal supervision * Able to follow verbal and written instructions * Deliver experience in agriculture is an asset.
