Position Details:
* Part-Time Hours (including evening & weekends ) * Hybrid Potential ? Work from home & in-office flexibility * Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Laptop and iphone provided
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently * Book service appointments accurately * Provide exceptional customer service * Maintain clear communication with field staff * Manage scheduling adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
* Minimum *2?3 years experience* booking calls (dispatching an asset) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Highly organized with attention to detail * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * *ServiceTitan experience is an asset* * Positive attitude and team mindset
