St. John Ambulance Saskatchewan is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Instructor Administrator to join our training team. This position combines first aid instruction, customer service, course administration, scheduling, instructor coordination, financial processing, and training centre support. The successful candidate will help ensure courses are organized, properly staffed, and delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Deliver St. John Ambulance first aid, CPR, and other approved training programs.Provide professional customer service to students, clients, instructors, and the public.Respond to telephone, email, voicemail, and in-person inquiries.Manage registrations, transfers, cancellations, refunds, and related requests.Schedule courses and coordinate instructors, classrooms, equipment, and course logistics.Prepare course materials, reports, certificates, and required documentation.Maintain accurate records.Process payments, invoices, and financial documentation.Maintain accurate information in CRM/training systemMonitor training supplies and maintain an organized training environment.Provide administrative support to instructors.Assist with marketing, sales, promotions, and initiatives supporting course growth.Support daily office operations and special projects. Qualifications & Skills: Current St. John Ambulance First Aid/CPR Instructor certification, or ability to obtainExperience in first aid instruction, training, administration, or customer service is an assetStrong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentAbility to work independently and contribute positively to a teamStrong problem-solving skillsClear criminal record check
